About the event
Connect with what is within.
Begin your HeartFlow journey by turning inward and learning to listen to the language of your heart and soul.
Through guided HeartFlow Energy Art practices, you will be invited to slow down, look within, and express what may be difficult to put into words. Allow colours, shapes, symbols, movement and creative expression to become a pathway to connect with your emotions, energy, inner world and authentic self.
This is a gentle space to feel, express and create — without judgement, expectation or the need to create “perfect” art.
