A deeply immersive experience that brings together sound, vibration, breath and mindful awareness.
You will be guided through a soothing sound journey using singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments to help quiet the mind, release tension and create space for inner stillness.
Rather than simply listening to sound, you are invited to slow down, become present and experience how vibration can shift your awareness and reconnect you with yourself.
